Also no other drinks are allowed other than some diet drinks like Diet Coke etc. While he is out with his friends – he prefers to have Bacardi. As he also has sweet tooth and loves eating sweets but he should not have more of the sweets as per his diets and workouts.

His breakfast includes a protein milk shake which is enriched with protein. So the breakfast needs to be heavy compared to any other meals of the day. Also he loves Indian and Chinese food but he can not eat all these as per his choice. He strictly follows his diet schedule given by his instructor. Also he should avoid all the oily food and dairy products.
