How to lose 50 pounds in 1 month with Exercise, Diet, and Supplements?
Here is a quick way to lose 50 pounds in less than 30 days. It’s not easy, but you’ll see great results if you stick to the plan.
Let’s get started! Exercise Plan Here is two different exercise plans that will help you lose weight and get in great shape:
Get a set of 5-10 lbs dumbbells and do at least 20 reps per hand for each workout. You can also use soup cans, bottles, or anything else you have around the house that’s heavy enough to provide adequate resistance.
Here is a simple workout routine anyone can follow:
Table of Contents
Workout 1: Squats – 3 sets of 10 reps (rest between sets should be minimal 30 seconds); Pushups – 3 sets of 15-20 reps; Crunches – 2 sets of 50 reps; Leg Raises – 2 sets of 25 reps. Rest one minute between exercises and two minutes before repeating the circuit. Workout 2: Dips – 3 sets until failure.
Lunges with dumbbells – 3 sets of 10 reps per leg; Pull-ups/Chin-ups – 3 sets until failure; Calf Raises on a flat surface – 4 sets of 20-25 reps. Rest one minute between exercises and two minutes before repeating the circuit (don’t rest between calf raises and pullups). Diet Plan For best results, you should follow this diet plan to lose weight fast:
Breakfast: Eat oatmeal or other healthy fiber cereal with water or almond milk. You can add some fruit like bananas, blueberries (fresh or frozen) in oatmeal to make it taste better. Do not use sugar or any sweetener. If you find that eating dry cereal is difficult because of its dryness, you can add fruit juice.
Diet Break: At around 11 am every day, stop eating solid food for the rest of the day. Drink lots of water until your next meal (at least 8-10 glasses). If you feel starving, drink a cup of green tea or black coffee without sugar or milk. Try to avoid liquid calories like juices and soda.
Snack 1: If you’re feeling starving at night time, eat another serving of oatmeal with some nuts (no more than two handfuls, though) or an apple. For example: if you ate 3/4th of a cup of dry oatmeal per serving, then eat one entire cup at night. 60-80 grams of carbs for dinner should be good.
Snack 2: Before you go to bed, eat a slight protein shake or any other type of healthy snack with at least 50-60 grams of protein. Your choice of milk is 0% fat organic milk or unsweetened almond milk.
You can also use rice/soy/hemp-based ‘glasses of milk,’ but they are not as good as the first two kinds of milk you’re lactose intolerant too. I recommend soy milk the most since it contains some sugars that help absorb calcium better than other types of “milk.”
If you follow this diet pmilkroperly, you’ll see your weight decrease quite fast (1-2 pounds per day). Supplements The following supplements will also help speed up the weight loss process:
Fat burners: Use fat burners to suppress hunger and boost metabolism throughout the day. Do not take more than one serving of a fat burner per day. Fat burners should contain caffeine, yohimbine, green tea extract, or similar.
If it doesn’t have at least one of these ingredients, don’t bother buying it. Multivitamin: Use a multivitamin pill every other day to ensure you get all your essential nutrients for health and proper body functioning/recovery from exercise.
I recommend taking a multivitamin pill every other day because you can overdose on some vitamins if you take them every day. Taking a multivitamin pill once a week will ensure that you’re getting a good amount of vitamins and minerals without risking any vitamin overdoses. Creatine: Since creatine builds up your muscles, increasing muscle mass, it should speed up the weight loss process by building more muscle tissue under your skin.
The more muscle tissue there is under your skin, the less fat you’ll have to burn for energy… If you don’t know anything about creatine or properly take it, I recommend reading this article first: How Creatine Builds Muscle And Burns Fat. After reading the above article, if you decide to take creatine, make sure you buy the micronized version. Micronized creatine is absorbed by the body much better since it has smaller particles than regular creatine.
Take 5g of creatine every day (spread out throughout the day), and take 20g of glutamine daily when you wake up and before bedtime. If you want additional energy during your workouts, I recommend taking 200mg caffeine pills before working out. It will give you about 100mg caffeine per pill, so if you take four drugs, you’ll get around 400mg caffeine, equivalent to 3 cups of coffee…
Make sure whatever supplement brand/company you buy from does not contain any banned substances in their products. Otherwise, they will be labeled as contaminated, decreasing your results. Personally, the only forbidden drug I use is a fat burner before a workout because it helps me focus and maintain a high level of intensity.
