How to motivate yourself to lose weight

Are you thinking of losing weight? If so then you will definitely need to motivate yourself as it is a really hard work to do. Being fat becomes a curse for any one. Fats not only give you a bad fats are bad for health also. A fat man is always recommended to lose weight whenever he gets ill and visit doctors. There are many factors because of which it becomes very essential to lose weight.

It is so difficult to do as a fat man have already adopted a routine to eat much. Thus disturbing an eating routine is a very difficult task as our body demands the same quantity of food for which it is already habitual of.

Everyone begins to control his food intake and become successful at the starting but slowly he loses his confidence and begins to eat in the same food. Exercise and other physical activities are essential to perform to lose body weight but it is very difficult for a fat person.

Thus for entire activity you need to motivate yourself. No one else can motivate you so effective that you can do it by yourself. A man can be the best motivator for himself.

For this purpose one should follow these points:

Decide your targets: Make a list of the reason because if which you want to lose weight. These reasons can be your best motivators if you could keep them in mind always.

Note your weight: note down your current weight with which you can make comparisons while performing weight reducing activities.

Place your own photo on your wall: Click a picture of yourself with your fat abdomen. It will keep you reminding of your big fats.

Try to wear old clothes  it will make you feel that how fast you are now as compared to the previous years.

Place a mirror in your bathroom: watch yourself in front of a mirror while you are wearing only your boxers. Because your clothes hides your actual fat on your body.

Read the articles and stories of experienced people: you will feel encouraged when you listen to the stories of people who have lost their weight.

Join some health club or gym: by joining a gym one can strictly follow the routine for physical exercises. Otherwise daily jogging, walking or running can’t be strictly followed.

Don’t hide your weight lose plans: by doing this you will have to follow your own plans strictly because of your ego and the other person can also keep you remind of your plans.

Find a company: ask a fat friend to join your weight lose activities as a company always make the work simpler and easier.

Reward yourself: give yourself some rewards when you get success in losing some of your weight.

Ask questions from yourself: first identify your hurdles that are hampering you in weight losing activity then ask question from yourself that is this little thing deserves to stop you to achieve your aim?

  1. Again this is all palaver. Proteins are used by ALL cells to reublid the cell, in the event there isnt enough then the body will break down muscle. Muscle only shrinks (atrophy) from lack of exercise. You need 1-1.5 grams of protein per lean weight per day, thats 100 grams at most for all of you per day. Anything less and your muscles will simply shrink, and your metabolism will decrease. You do not NEED carbohydrates AT ALL, your brain can use ketones just fine.
